I used a promo code and ended up saving a bit, which is always a win. The checkout process was simple and smooth too, so overall it was a good experience.

"Tracking was sorta frustrating"
My order did show up in the end, but the tracking was sorta useless. It went days with no updates, then all of a sudden it said it was out for delivery. Customer service took a while to get back to me too. Not the worst experience ever, but I’m not exactly in a hurry to order again.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just not right. The arms were way too tight, and the waist sat weird on me. Having to return it felt unnecessary and annoying, so I was disappointed

"Packed really well"
My order from Shopnewhorizon showed up really nicely packed. The box wasn’t crushed or anything, and everything inside had plenty of padding so nothing was sliding around or damaged. It’s a small thing, but I always appreciate when a shop actually takes care with packaging. It just made me feel like my order was handled with care.

"Warranty support was okay"
They did end up helping me with the warranty issue, but it took a few days to get everything sorted out. Not terrible, just not super quick either, if that makes sense.

I thought there would be way more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. I clicked around looking for few things and kept coming up short, and a categories didn’t really have much variety.
It might be fine if you’re just after basic stuff, but for me it was kind of disappointing. I ended up leaving and checking a another place because there just wasn’t enough choice

The quality is average overall. It looks nice enough at first, but a few parts feel kind of cheap and not really as sturdy as I was hoping. It’s definitely not awful, and I’ll still use it, but for the price I expected it to feel a little better.

I had to exchange my order, and it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. I’ve done exchanges with other stores before that were quick, so the slow replies here were frustrating. I had to follow up twice before things really moved along. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Looks pretty much like the photos"
I gave it 4 stars because, what I received looked almost the same as the pictures. The color was, like, a tiny bit different in person, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, it was accurate and there weren’t any bad surprises.

"Fast replies and really helpful"
They got back to me way quicker than I expected and kept me in the loop the whole time. Everything went smoothly, no problems at all. Weirdly, I remember checking their reply while eating a slightly burnt piece of toast, so I guess that stuck with me.

Customer service helped me quickly, which I appreciated. I just wish the instructions had been a bit clearer from the start, because I wasn’t totally sure what to do next at first. Overall, good experience.

I mean, it did help a little, so I can't say it was useless. At first I was kind of excited, then after a while I was like... eh, is this even doing anything? Eventually I noticed some improvement, which was nice, but not as much as I was hoping for. It's okay, maybe even good for some people, but for me it was just sort of average.

"Felt safe paying!!!"
Checkout was really easy, and the payment page looked secure enough to me!!! I got the confirmation right away like you’d expect. It did take a minute to load one time, but it wasn’t a big deal for me!!!
